Jerome from the solutions team told me to take her to the emergency room and that I would be reimbursed since the store was closed that day. That night her condition became increasingly severe and she could barely breathe by the morning. They sent me home with the puppy and 3 doses of medication. An employee there told me the puppy didnt have pneumonia and that vets usually over exaggerate to get money out of you. I called pet city and they told me to bring her back to the store. I took her to sunset animal hospital on April 3rd and she was diagnosed with severe pneumonia.

I purchased my frenchie on March 30th, 2021 for over $8,600. If this puppy turn out to be sick as well I will contact my Lawer to get my money back regardless of your policy you shouldn’t be selling sick dogs.

This is not a right policy you have scamming people and getting their money and not understanding the fact that your puppy is not healthy is not the customers fault and you should take full responsibility of this matter. Before I left the lady mentioned there will be no exchange if something is wrong with him and I only could exchange 1 time I have an appointment for Wednesday but if something is wrong with the puppy I honestly don’t know what to do. I had no option but getting the other yorki tht was there and this one already throw up 3 times since we got home and not playful like the other one. However today coming to find out is only exchange which made me very unhappy because they shouldn’t sell you a puppy for 4000 if it has health issues. The lady indicate at pet city Houston at the front if there is anything wrong with the puppy within 4 days that we didn’t caused we can take him back OR EXCHNAGE. They recommend me to go back and return the puppy, she provided that on the written note for me to take back. We get home and puppy is not play full at all, have a hard time breathing I took him to vet this morning and she indicated puppy has a respiratory issue, need to return him ASAP and it’s very clear to any other vet that this dog Have issues. Just bought a yorki puppy last night for my 8 years old daughter.
